A man who was harassing patrons of a plaza in the 300 block of North Congress Avenue received a trespass warning. The man, who touched people and asked them for rides or money, had been given trespass warnings from all the surrounding strip malls for the same type of behavior, police noted. DRUGS A 17-year-old was found to be in possession of more than 20 grams of marijuana during a traffic stop in the 400 block of Northwest Fourth Avenue. He was turned over to the Juvenile Assessment Center. Police checking on a possibly intoxicated man in the 100 block of Southeast Third Avenue asked him for identification. He reached into his pocket and pulled out a plastic prescription bottle containing a glass pipe. The bottle and the man both smelled of marijuana.
